Tai chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. Each posture flows into the next without pause, keeping your body in motion. Tai chi can be described as meditation in motion connecting the mind and body.

The emphasis will be on cardio-respiratory endurance and body-toning into a full-body workout.
Most of the class is in an upright, standing position. Beneficial for those concerned about placing stress on joints.

Breathwork and meditation 30 - minute class breathwork and meditation can increase energy and mental clarity, reduce stress and pain, and improve our overall sense of well-being. The class will include simple movement and a guided experience of the breath while we explore the peaceful space within.
