A smooth flowing class that connects breath (prana) with movement (asanas). Each class has a creative sequence of postures that focus on developing proper alignment, balance, stretch, strength & ease of mobility, all while enhancing a state of meditation & mindfulness.
Participants will be guided through a series of sun salutations (Surya Samaskar), standing & seated asanas, breath work & meditation, while being offered various options for modification.
Yoga mat, blocks & straps are recommended. Beginners welcome & open to all levels of yoga.
