Cardiovascular Aerobic Training
Regular cardiovascular or aerobic exercise can help you live longer and healthier. Cardio-respiratory training has many benefits, including chronic disease prevention, strengthen your heart and respiratory systems, improved quality of life, reduce weight and enhance your mood. It should be a staple of your weekly routine. A cardio workout doesn’t have to be long in duration. There are many types of cardio programs that improve your fitness drastically.
Strength and Resistance Training
Strength training is an important part of an overall fitness program. Strength training can help you preserve and enhance your muscle mass at any age, increase bone density, manage chronic conditions such as arthritis, back pain, heart disease, diabetes and depression. Strength training can also help you manage your weight by increasing your metabolism to help you burn more calories.
Post-Rehabilitation programs are designed for those individuals who are recovering from a variety chronic conditions or of musculoskeletal disorders. The probability of a more complete recovery is enhanced through a structured approach to exercise by bridging the gap between health care and fitness. Post rehabilitation does not purport to provide any aspect of medical treatment for a client’s condition. We work with the medical professionals to continue your progress in recovery.
