Cardio-respiratory training has many benefits, including chronic disease prevention, strengthen your heart and respiratory systems, improved quality of life, reduce weight and enhance your mood. It should be a staple of your weekly routine. A cardio workout doesn’t have to be long in duration. There are many types of cardio programs that improve your fitness drastically.
Strength and Resistance Training
