Changes For Life offers a variety of integrative health and wellness services ranging from personal training, mindful movement, and recovery-based wellness programming to community-based group fitness classes, wellness education, nutrition guidance, and professional development for fitness professionals.

Our programs are designed to support healthier lifestyles through movement, education, mindfulness, recovery, and community-centered wellness experiences. The consultation is the foundation to the CFL client - defined approach to wellness. It's an essential process to create an appropriate starting point that is centered around you, and your health and fitness needs, goals, and abilities.

Wellness Seminars

 Changes For Life wellness seminars and educational experiences are designed to empower individuals with practical tools, knowledge, and support to improve overall health, wellness, and quality of life. Seminar topics can be customized for communities, organizations, and groups and may include blood sugar management, brain health, cardiovascular disease, cancer awareness and prevention, stress management, mobility and balance, healthy aging, recovery and longevity, nutrition education, mindfulness, and sustainable lifestyle habits.

Mind Over Matter is a neurocognitive wellness training program that combines movement, rhythm, reaction training, coordination, balance, and cognitive exercises to support brain health, physical function, and overall quality of life. Through engaging, music-driven activities and cognitive layering techniques, the program is designed to stimulate both the brain and body while promoting strength, balance, mobility, coordination, and cognitive resilience.
